Tensioned canvas over a hardwood frame, open on the sides that face the forest. A proper kitchen, a freestanding bath, a long hardwood desk, and a bed that looks out into the trees.

The shelving, the wardrobe and the desk are tropical hardwood, built by hand. The floors are pine, as is the deck that wraps the tent on all four sides. Its own garden is closed in by a bamboo hedge with a gate at either end.
